 Turn Around Time

• Current TAT is 2-5 business days. Business days DO NOT include weekends. Please plan accordingly when placing an order. 
  
  

***Turnaround time is the amount of time that it takes me to make your order and place in the mailbox***

• Once I put your package in the mail, you should receive a tracking number via email or text. 

Return policy 

• Once you submit your order, I cannot change anything, other than the address. If you have an address change you must message or email us ASAP. If we do not see the message or email prior to shipping, your order will be shipped to the address listed when ordering.  
  
  
• I do not accept returns on any items in the store.

Lost/Undelivered Mail

• If your mail gets lost in transit, please contact your local USPS office and they can help you file a claim. I am not responsible for lost or undelivered mail.
